Pula Suites is far from the madding crowds, it is a quiet, small resort in the countryside with an exclusive feel to it. The frontline staff were really excellent; in particular the head waiter, Hans, who is extremely kind and attentive, Nati, who makes a great sangría and a fab nonalcoholic mojito and is very cheerful and friendly, Giovanni who gives great advice about the menu, Pep at the pool cafe is a real pro and Antonio welcomed us warmly on reception and saw that we had supper at the bar even though we arrived very late at night. They all work really hard, long hours and put in a big effort with a big smile.

Service is what makes a holiday and at the Pula suites resort the staff were exceptional. We enjoyed a very relaxing and friendly stay and we recommend Pula highly. The staff worked extremely hard, the chefs at the pool side restaurant, the cleaning team and the waiting staff at the restaurant. Having booked half board we did not even have to book a time for a table - which gave us totally flexibility. The dinner menu also changed a little each night and the food was excellent. Thank you again for a great holiday.

The location is superb, the hotel staff is very professional and attentive. Resort amenities fulfill any desire in terms of comfort and exclusive treatment. A special bonus for the resort's very close relation with the adjacent Golf course (something very beneficial for the customers) which really made all the difference by thus having all services at once: the hotel with his excellent spa, plus the golf course, and all the three restaurants cumulated from both locations.

We stayed in a Three Level Suite and it was amazing.. Great Air Conditioning Unit as well, as was very hot when we visited. Up to 36/37 Degrees.. Food was amazing as was the Staff (Friendly and Professional).. The S'Oronella Restaurant is very good, but as we were on the Inclusive Package we only used it the once, as its extra.. The food in the rest of the complex is very good anyway, so I think its worth doing one night for sure even if on the Inclusive Package.

The hotel had awesome facilities and everything was super clean. The housekeeping staff were also really professional, and our room was always cozy and tidy when we returned each night.
